MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Ensure Reservation andFront Office Departmentsare constantly aware of availability states open,on request, closed dates, high demand dates etc.

- Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.

- Handling key-in and amendment in groups pre-arrivalprocess and preparing grouprooming lists.

- Responsible for the inventory management and allocation to avoid the overbooking.

- Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations.

- Records and files all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately on prescribed forms or folders.

- Ensure all reservation modifications are updated on theproperty management systemimmediately and accurately in case of any

- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

 

 

- With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English

- Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

- Maintain communications with Corporate Staff
